Transparent pricing ensures you know exactly what to expect. My consulting services are designed to provide maximum value and actionable results for your nonprofit.

Private Consultation: $180 per hour

Team Guidance: $180 per hour (minimum 2 hours/maximum 10 attendees)

Strategic Planning:

  • Two-Hour Session: $450
    I provide an overview of the process and templates to help your organization create the plan.
  • Half-Day Session (4 hours): $700
    I guide your team in outlining the strategic plan, which is completed by your organization.
  • Full-Day Session (7 hours): $1,050
    I guide your team in developing the process, culminating in a draft written by your organization.
  • Strategic Plan Development: $2,400
    Includes three private meetings, the drafting and delivery of a full strategic plan, guidance for implementation, and communication tools for stakeholders.

Private consultations are tailored to address your nonprofit’s specific needs. Sessions may focus on challenges like funding, operations, or growth strategies, and I provide actionable advice based on your goals.

No, I do not offer discovery calls for 1:1 private consultations. Discovery calls are reserved for Team Guidance and Strategic Planning clients, as these sessions require collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders. For 1:1 consultations, I recommend scheduling a session to dive directly into your nonprofit’s specific needs.

Team guidance sessions are interactive and designed to align your staff, volunteers, or Board of Directors. I help identify roles, strengthen collaboration, and ensure your team is working effectively toward shared objectives.

  • Two-Hour Session: I provide a high-level understanding of the strategic planning process, along with a planning template. Plan development and writing will be handled by your team.
  • Half-Day Session: In addition to the high-level understanding of the strategic planning process and planning templates, I guide your team in outlining the plan, which your organization completes independently.
  • Full-Day Session: I meet with your team’s leadership (up to 3 people), to gain a clear understanding of your goals and desired impact. After-which, I create your strategic plan, which can be used as is, or your organization may finalize with additional details.

 

  • 1:1 Consulting: Focused, personalized support to address your nonprofit’s unique challenges and goals. Sessions are tailored to uncover pain points, clarify your vision, and create actionable plans.

  • Team Guidance: Designed to align and strengthen your team—staff, volunteers, or Board of Directors. These sessions focus on collaboration, role clarity, and actionable steps to improve teamwork and achieve organizational goals.

  • Strategic Planning: A structured process to create or refine your nonprofit’s roadmap. Sessions range from guiding your team to develop a draft or outline to full-service plan development, including writing and implementation support.

If you need hands-on guidance for your team, a strategic planning session may be the best fit. If you’re looking for a completed plan without drafting it yourself, consider the Strategic Plan Development service. For specific challenges or guidance, private consultations provide focused support.

All guidance and training can be delivered virtually, hybrid, or in person.  Virtual sessions are preferred, and offer the same level of professionalism and detail as in-person sessions.

For in-person sessions outside of metro Atlanta, GA, travel costs are covered by the client.

  • Out-of-State Travel: Requires a minimum of 90 days’ lead time for scheduling.

Whether virtual, hybrid, or in-person, you’ll receive engaging, effective, and tailored interaction to meet your nonprofit’s needs.

I’d love to help, but I do not have the professional bandwidth to manage the numerous “quick questions” that I receive each day. For this reason, I offer my expertise in dedicated private sessions where we can fully explore your nonprofit’s needs.

Payments for private consultations and team guidance are collected at the time of scheduling. Our third-party vendor for payments is PayPal. PayPal accepts most forms of payment.  

Payment for strategic planning is invoiced once the day and time for this service has been set.
